VIA SOL is a gastronomic project offering concious dining experience for authentic connections.

Essentially, we are your friends down the street who started this project fueled by our shared passion for food, wine and the creation of moments that are worth sharing. It started from a small trial in our own kitchen and now suddenly found ourselves here, talking to you.
Our mission is to create atmospheres that drives you to saying what you mean, asking for what you want, and elevating your everyday, whatever that means to you.

Our Recipes

We are working on writing down Iris' recipes, developed after studying her family's heritage, months behind cook books, and her inspiration from early mornings spent at local markets.

While we cherish local wine production, we have a variety of wines while still hosting several wine tastings to constantly find the best solution for you.

Experiences

Iris and V spent almost 2 years hosting pop ups in Mexico City, learning the art of experience creation, from the creation of story cards, small table gifts as well as meditations that leave you relaxed and recharged.

We love creating moments that design a little spark in people's everyday life

All three of us left our previous jobs before travelling alone for several months while working on our personal growth journey.

Iris and V met for three days in a tiny village in El Salvador while surfing; Anja joined us in Mexico City while all three of us realised we share the same

passion for good food and wine.
